Privacy policy.
How this site handles information. No clinical data is collected here.
Last updated: July 2026
This is an editorial and practice-information site, built to be read. It has no user accounts, no symptom checkers, and no newsletter. It offers one optional form — a request for a callback — and operates on a simple, strict principle: nothing about your health is collected here. The site does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). What little information is involved in delivering this website is described plainly below.
No health information is collected here
This website is for reading and education. It is not a patient portal, and it is not where your care happens. Clinical care — including appointments, diagnoses, treatment, and health records — is provided through Inland Psychiatric Medical Group (IPMG). That care is governed by IPMG's own privacy practices and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this page.
Please do not send personal health details through this site. Do not include them in the callback form, and do not send them through our email links. For anything related to your clinical care, please contact IPMG directly by phone.
Requesting a callback
The one interactive feature on this site is optional. If you would like us to call you, our callback form collects exactly four pieces of information:
- Your first name
- Your phone number
- The best time of day to reach you
- Whether you are a new patient, a current patient, or a referring provider or partner
There is deliberately no box for anything else. We do not ask for symptoms, medications, or custom messages. This form is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
When you submit the form, those details are delivered to our practice inbox as an email by Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself keeps no copy and has no database. We use your name and number for one purpose: returning your call. The email then remains in our practice inbox as ordinary business correspondence; if you would like it deleted, ask us and we will delete it. We never add you to a marketing list, and we never sell or share your information.
What else this site handles
In the normal course of delivering any website, a small amount of technical information is processed behind the scenes:
Hosting and security. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical data — such as your device's IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. You can read how Cloudflare handles this in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies of its own, and it uses no advertising, social-media, or analytics cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available; these are not used to track you across the web.
Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that sets no cookies and collects no personal information. It provides anonymous, aggregate counts — how many people visited a page, tapped a phone number, or requested a callback — so we can see what resources are helpful. It does not identify you or follow you across the web, and its data is processed on servers in the European Union. We run no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no session recording — and we never will.
When you email us. Some pages offer an email link for editorial, press, and partnership inquiries. Selecting one opens your own email program. When you email us, we receive only what you choose to send and use it exclusively to respond to you. Email is not a secure channel; please do not include sensitive personal or health information in your message.
Video. The About page includes a short video delivered through Cloudflare Stream. When it loads or plays, your browser connects to Cloudflare's servers, which may receive standard technical data such as your IP address, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address in the process. Google describes its handling of this data in the Google Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to external resources, including IPMG and mental-health crisis lines. Once you follow a link away from npfady.com, that destination's own privacy practices apply.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
California residents
California law gives residents specific rights over their personal information. The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the callback form — a first name and a phone number — alongside standard technical data such as an IP address. We use this information exclusively to call you back and to deliver the website. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles. If you would like the email containing your callback request deleted, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
