Initial consultation
We meet, in person or virtually, for a thorough evaluation. We talk through what brought you here, your history, your goals, and what you want from treatment. No rushing. You leave with a plan you understand and helped build.

Ongoing care
Follow-up visits to adjust your treatment, manage medications, and check in on progress. Care evolves with you, not against you. Telepsychiatry available between in-person visits.
